Weight loss or just becoming fit in general can be very over whelming when it’s first looked at. Truly an epic struggle, like David versus Goliath.

However, if we break weight loss into a series of steps then anyone can achieve weight loss. Something as simple as skipping dessert, not finishing everything that you serve yourself or that others serve you, or just parking fairly further than usual from the store can lead towards greater changes in the future.
