How do I sign up for Beachbody’s home based fitness business opportunity?

To become a Beachbody Coach follow these 2 Simple Steps:

1. Download, Print, and Fill out the Beachbody Active Military Coach Application (includes Cover Sheet and Coach Application). NOTE: You do not need to include a credit card number on the form if all you’re getting is the Business Starter Kit (already checked off on the form).

2. Fax the Cover Sheet, Coach Application, and a copy of your or your spouses active duty orders to (213) 201-7225 or email to: coachrelations@teambeachbody.com NOTE: You will need to send a copy of your active duty orders or any suitable verification of your status, such as a copy of your military ID or your BIR.

If you do not have access to either a printer or a fax, Contact Me and I will arrange to snail mail the forms to you ASAP.
