My Story

This is my journey to finding the quickest way to lose weight. It was not easy to lose the tummy fat fast. It took time and a lot of effort. I share my story in hopes that it helps other people to lose weight as well.
On the right is who I was back in January 2009. It wasn’t long ago that I was hovering around 200 lbs and never worked out. I ate whatever I wanted, wore XXL shirts and size 38 pants.
At the time I never thought of myself as big but comparing myself from now and then, I wish I had started working out much earlier.
From simply working out and eating better I now:
- have more energy
- sleep better
- eliminated heartburn
- don’t get winded from walking a few stairs
- lowered my blood pressure and cholesterol
- and best of all, I have never looked better…
Unfortunately, I didn’t start my weight loss journey with the best workout dvds but instead it was a few simple steps that lead up to more advanced workouts.
